Purpose of the job

Assist and support the Regional General Manager on business plan, vehicle sales, sales reporting, order intake and specific business cases in order to maximize sales volume, profit and market share in the assigned markets.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze the monthly business planning input and discuss/inform on deviations to previous cycle, target agreement and guidelines to the General Manager Regional Vehicle Sales.
  • Handle back office, taking care of pricing activities and support in specific business cases.
  • Contribute to cross functional improvements in line with vehicle sales strategy, to increase the business performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of distributors forecasts and orders.
  • Responsible for distributors order intake process and accountable for ensuring that all orders are in line with the agreed (forecast) allocation, targets and guidelines.
  • As single point of contact responsible for order fulfilment process towards the markets (order up to delivery).
  • Support the monthly allocation process to secure the market requirements in relation to the supply capacity.
  • Create and communicate distributor stock order proposal based on availability demanded configurations.
  • Trigger markets swaps and buy backs.
  • Enable efficient vehicle logistics by clustering orders in production.
  • Monitor and report delivery performance, production schedules and report conclusions.
  • Monthly KPI and sales reporting; order to delivery lead time, allocation versus ordering, order change and intake.
  • Support and prepare business meetings & commercial events.
  • Issue legal documents; handle Certificates of Conformity and other vehicle related documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Extensive and relevant experience in (B2B) vehicle sales on a Pan European level within automotive industry.
  • Good and up to date knowledge and understanding of (European) automotive market.
  • Excellent knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Proficient level of business English, other languages are beneficial.

Purpose of the job

You will work closely together with external data providers and internal stake holders to provide the organization with the necessary input to generate a higher level of after sales customer experience. In the meantime you will develop new after sales standards and procedures to further develop our Mitsubishi sales and service way. The main focus of the Customer Experience Specialist is to develop and support After Sales Service Strategies, focusing on Customer Experience.


Job content

  • Set up, maintain and monitor a program to investigate After Sales Customer Satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to improve the After Sales Customer Satisfaction.
  • Advise on market KPI for CS.
  • Develop and maintain After Sales Service Standards in order to raise the customer experience level.
  • Develop Mitsubishi Sales & Service Way (MSSW) for dealers together with Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC).

  • Monitor customer satisfaction in EU markets and feed Regional Managers with CS data.
  • Setup, maintain and monitor menu pricing for vehicle services.
  • Push Electronic Vehicle Health Check (EVHC) and up selling activities (i.e. Online Booking).
  • Develop strategies to improve the After Sales Customer Experience.
  • Keeping an active eye on market trends concerning Customer. Experience (i.e. Connected Car and Online Booking) and propose new ideas to improve.
  • Maintain and monitor International Automotive Customer Satisfaction program (IACS).
  • Cooperate with Alliance partners to manage the program.
  • Analyse IACS results (statistical data).
  • Report IACS results to the relevant parties, internal and external.

Job requirements

  • Master degree (economics, marketing, business administration)
  • > 10 years experience in Automotive After Sales, preferably on dealer, distributor or fleet owner level
  • Knowledge of service management at dealer and workshop level is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Information Management and Data Analysis
