Purpose of the job

Lead Product Management Accessories area. Planning and/or Development of Accessories meeting the European Market requirements, following global guidelines; secure availability, maximizing profit and minimizing risk of obsolete stock.

Job content

  • Responsible for product Management of accessories on the assigned vehicle models/commodities.
  • Creation of product design concepts for local development.
  • Responsible of business cases for MMC on local development.
  • Manage local development from concept to launch.
  • Manage and maintain MMC and/or locally developed Accessory line-up.
  • Initiate required actions and activities to get required Accessories in time available for proper market introduction.
  • Responsible for development budget creation and management.
  • Analysing and recommending Accessory potentials for European markets of existing line-up and future products.
  • Build case studies regarding future Accessories sales opportunities.
  • Maintain Accessories benchmark information on competition both specification and line-up.
  • Manage Accessory strategy that meets the service and repair needs during a vehicle's life cycle.
  • Pro-actively manage each lifecycle phase (Phase-in, Maturity, and Phase-out) of Accessories.
  • Manage Maximization of availability of Accessories and minimization of obsolete stock risk.
  • Communicate across multiple departments to get necessary input, feedback and cooperation.
  • Determine and coordinate implementation of Accessory Marketing in close collaboration with MarCom.
  • Manage, coach, and enable the development of employees within the department.

Job requirements

  • Master/University degree and > 10 years relevant international(pan European) experience in automotive after sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language ; other languages are beneficial.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communicator, influential attitude, and pro-active mindset.
  • Market and customer oriented, result driven.
  • Excellent managerial and project management skills.
  • Good Knowledge of automotive certificates and quality standards.

For our Field Quality department we are looking for a Field Service Engineer.

Purpose of the job

To provide technical support to the market and collect data/information/parts for product quality improvements to MMC and manufacturers.

Job content


  • PQR (Product Quality Reporting) coordination and priority setting to TCS (manufacturer/R&D)

  • Coordinate information flow between manufacturers and field by PQR
  • Improve customer satisfaction by setting right priorities for product quality improvements
  • Supervise pre-delivery rectification campaigns, service- and recall campaigns

  • Organize and maintain technical/service communication between manufacturer and field

  • Organize and facilitate Top Concern Meetings with distributor(s) and manufacturers (MMC/MMTh.)
  • Field representative in communication with external manufacturers or suppliers
  • Instruct and train the distributor staff to collect product quality information following the MMC standards

  • Service engineer for dedicated Mitsubishi model and/or product group

  • Establish new model launch activities of vehicles/technologies
  • Agree and prepare for market surveys for technical investigations with MMC engineering or manufacturer. Collecting data and samples from in use vehicles
  • Judge and approve Goodwill claims (out of warranty) by technical and commercial reasoning for dedicated models

  • Advising role in order to achieve process improvements in service related areas

  • Set up service and maintenance bench market studies for future vehicle development
  • Advise in warranty cost reduction initiatives (to Warranty department)
  • Advise Parts and Accessory department with development of new products
  • Advise MME parts department in defining order forecast for potential “high demand” parts to control stock and avoid customer back orders

  • Total warranty budget (shared responsibility Field Service/Warranty dep.): €70 mln annual

  • Goodwill budget: €1.5 mln annual

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree (Automotive, Technical)
  • > 8 years experience at automotive manufacturer (or tier 1, supplier)
  • Working experience at HQ level (preferred Japanese company)
  • Preferred dealer/distributor working experience in After Sales
  • Good social skills
  • Good communicator, influential attitude and pro-active mindset
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good financial awareness cost/benefit/customer satisfaction (helicopter view)

Purpose of the job

Direct responsibility of Sales performance in the fleet and B2B sales channels and assist/support the General Manager Fleet Business on Fleet business plan, Fleet sales, Fleet sales reporting, price negotiation, order intake and specific business cases for the markets under GM Fleet.

Job content


  • Follow up on Mid Term Plan (MTP), adapt to and act on Fleet market opportunities in order to maximize Fleet sales

  • Coordination of European Fleet sales activities with local support form markets

  • Responsible for distributors Fleet order intake process and accountable for ensuring that all orders are in line with the agreed (forecast) allocation, targets and guidelines

  • Adequate and timely response to Fleet business issues and questions
  • Control Fleet Business budget and administration
  • Create CRM database to record all Fleet activities

  • Sales, Business planning & sales support around 10 assigned markets, mainly independent distributor network

  • Bachelor degree in commercial area
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in B2B vehicle sales on a Pan European level within automotive industry
