MITSUBISHI CONNECT is a platform of services that provide vehicle owners with a safe, secure and convenient driving experience. MITSUBISHI CONNECT is provided through a simple, subscription-based service that is comprised of the following components:
• An embedded Telematics Control Unit equipped with a mobile modem and GPS capability that operates on a mobile network and is factory-installed within the vehicle.
• Mitsubishi Motors app that can be downloaded through the app store on a compatible Apple or Android smartphone.
The Services work using wireless communication networks and the Global Positioning System (“GPS”) satellite network. Services are subject to mobile and GPS network availability and may not work in remote or enclosed areas. The area in which you are driving may affect the service that we can provide to you, including but not limited to routing and GPS services such as our ability to determine your vehicle’s precise location.
In addition, using the Mitsubishi Motors app, you can have remote control of the vehicle from your smartphone, such as remote climate and remote charging functions.

MITSUBISHI CONNECT is available on the following vehicles:
• 2025 model year and newer Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross BEV, Outlander PHEV, Grandis and ASX vehicles in Europe.

How to Remotely Turn On the Lights
You can turn your vehicle lights on and off remotely by using the Mitsubishi Motors app. To function properly, the engine must be off and the alarm must not be actively sounding.
If you choose to turn on the lights:
• The lights will keep flashing on for 15 seconds.
How to Remotely Sound the Horn
You can sound your car’s horn remotely by using the Mitsubishi Motors app. This feature can be useful in helping you to locate your vehicle.
To function properly, the engine must be turned off and the alarm must not be actively sounding.
How to View the Vehicle Status Report
The vehicle status report is a digital snapshot that can retrieve status information from your vehicle. The information retrieved includes:
• General vehicle status information, such as odometer reading and total range[WK4.1][HH4.2].
How to Use the Car Finder Feature
The Car Finder feature allows you to locate your vehicle.[HH5.1][HH5.2]
Please confirm that you are in an area with good connectivity and your privacy mode is disabled.
In your vehicle, the GPS location of the vehicle is kept up-to-date only if you have accepted the “Connected Services” consent on the infotainment screen.
